30-day money back guarantee: CBD oil is not something you should take for just a day, or when you're experiencing discomfort. As a supplement to your health, CBD oil should be consumed every day as part of your routine. We want you to try the oil consistently for a month. If you find that it's not helping anything in your mind, body, or soul, simply return what (if any) is left of the bottle and we will refund your purchase.

NOTE: Please consult your physician if you have any questions.

    How much do I take?

It depends! The amount of CBD needed varies from person to person (weight, overall health, diet, and activity can all play a role in finding your optimal serving).

How to find your "sweet spot", your personal dosage amount?

It is recommended and very helpful if you first start by making a list and taking a self-inventory of yourself (how do you feel mentally, emotionally, physically) Revisit this list every week or every few days to monitor your progress.

Establish a routine and take the drops twice a day (morning and night).  Place the drops directly under your tongue. Hold the oil under your tongue for as long as you can or at a minimum of 45 seconds. Swallow any remaining amounts.

Helpful tips: Watch the amount of drops you take in a mirror. You can also take extra dosage amounts as needed.  For example, lets say in the middle of the day you begin to feel pain or experience heightened anxiety, you are able to take additional doses as needed.

Below, is a suggested (not required) guide to help you begin taking CBD oil on where to start and how to slowly increase.

CBD is an all natural supplement, plant based product. Therefore, depending on the individual, one may notice a difference on day one and for others it may take up to three weeks to experience the benefits.  Finding your sweet spot isn't difficult but it can take a couple weeks or so. Consistency is key and important to ensure that your Endocannabinoid System (ECS) is functioning at its best. Monitor your list and how you are feeling week by week. The key is to start out low and slow.  Gradually increase every few days or so until you reach your desired level of benefit. Once you have things checked off your list and you are feeling better, stay at that dosage amount, you have found your sweet spot!

What is CBD and Why Take it?

CBD (Cannabidiol) is naturally occurring and works with the body's Endocannabinoid System (ECS) to maintain homeostasis (balance). The ECS actually has the largest number of receptors in the body; more than any other system. The ECS communicates with our body at the system level and regulates a wide range of functions.

CBD is extracted from the industrial hemp plant and is legally allowed no more than 0.3% THC by dry weight. CBD is non psychoactive (it does not get you high) and the World Health Organization has stated it poses no risk to the general public, nor does it have any dependency or abuse potential.

While traditional medicines and pharmaceuticals definitely have a role and purpose in our modern lives, plant-based medicine and nutrition have stood the test of time when it comes to empowering us to live our healthiest lives naturally. CBD is not a cure for anything, though you'll find an increasing amount of stories of people with a wide array of ailments that CBD has helped, mitigated, or remedied altogether? Why? Our bodies actually produce cannabinoids naturally, and in many cases not enough (because of our modern world and lifestyles). Finally, CBD works at the system level to help keep our body's systems in balance so we can live happy and healthy.
